Nancy Sammons was born and raised in Margate NJ, down the island from Atlantic City, NJ. She was very fortunate that her family loved to ski and came out to Vail having many wonderful family vacations. she moved to Vail in 1986 and was a nurse in the Vail hospital. She married Scott who is a Littleton native in 1989 and has 2 wonderful children. They moved to Parker in 2002 and she started selling real estate in 2003. She also was a mortgage broker.

Nancy started real estate when Colorado's housing market started to decline. She has continued to grow her business through referrals and repeat customers. Being a realtor with many years in Colorado Nancy brings a lot of knowledge about the local market. She has been helping people find their dream homes since 2003 and enjoys it greatly. Real Estate is a constantly changing arena and She has many designations that have helped her stay on top of the ever-changing market. Nancy is constantly searching out classes to take to help her broaden her real estate knowledge and help her clients.
